**Packaging Specifications:**
- **Materials:** Our packaging materials include heat-treated wooden pallets, corrugated cardboard, edge protectors, plastic wrap, and desiccants. All wooden packaging components comply with ISPM 15 regulations for international shipping.
- **Palletization:** Sheet materials are securely loaded onto pallets, with each sheet separated by foam or cardboard spacers to prevent abrasion. Pallets are then shrink-wrapped to provide a tight and secure unit.
- **Edge Protection:** Each corner and edge of the sheet materials is fitted with edge protectors to guard against knocks and dents during handling and transit.
- **Moisture Protection:** We apply a layer of vapor barrier material, such as VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors) film or aluminum foil laminate, to protect against humidity and moisture. Desiccants are also included within the packaging to absorb any condensation that may occur.
- **Strapping:** Metal or high-strength plastic strapping bands are used to secure the sheet materials to the pallet, ensuring minimal movement during transportation.
- **Labeling:** All packages are clearly labeled with handling instructions, export marks, and identification numbers to ensure proper handling and tracking.
